As a tourism business with 7 employees, they were looking to take on some seasonal staff for a 6 month contract and, as the business was expanding, they were hoping that one or more of the interns would then become a full time member of the team.
AAI was able to help by providing Absolute Escapes access to high quality candidates who were already seeking a short term contract with a view to this leading to a more permanent position.
