What was the process of working with AAI like?
“The process was really great. We worked closely with Jane (AAI’s Talent Engagement Lead), who was an absolute angel, a delight to talk to and so amazing at guiding me through a process I’d never been through before.
The process was made so simple, with Jane screening all of the candidates before passing them over to us with her recommendations. Without the team’s help, the experience could’ve been a lot more daunting and could’ve had a much higher chance of going wrong.

What were the outcomes?
“Sindy came in to be a Social Media Intern on a 12-week placement to help us boost our social media presence. They were so excited, had so much enthusiasm and were really committed to working hard.
Their feedback was that it was a really positive experience for them. They loved the Pawprint team and were so appreciative of what they’d learnt and the opportunity they’d been given.
