Donna came to AAI as she needed an intern to support the delivery of their training and development events.
Christina Kelly studied Human Resources and Recruitment at the University of the West of Scotland, and this placement at Clearwater Brookes was the perfect opportunity for her to gain an understanding of the scope of the HR role and gain an insight into the types of roles involved within this field.
“Christina has worked diligently in the company and whilst we can’t offer her a permanent position we have extended her time with us for the next couple of months.
She has worked hard and is coming into her own now. Has shown a particular flair with the social media element within the job role and has produced some excellent newsletters with great content, with very little editing necessary which has eased the pressure for other staff.
She has also been good at coming up with different scenarios when preparing information for induction material and has showed a great willingness throughout the programme”.
