Why did you need to enlist AAI’s services?
“At the time we didn’t have anyone solely focused on our marketing. We knew we didn’t want to use an outside agency, we wanted to have that function within our own team. This was so important to us so we could move quickly, agilely and try out new things.”

“The process was really easy, AAI took a lot of the work off our plate. I gave an overview of what we were looking for and your team filled in the rest of the blanks for me. Your recruiting and then filtering of the candidates made the process a seamless one.
We had talked about hiring someone for that role for a long time but it’s always seemed a bit daunting because we didn’t know exactly how to specify what we were looking for.
