About the Company 
COLOUR ELEMENTS offers Colour iD and personal colour products through online services and face-to-face events. Our Colour Crusade empowers customers to choose colours of clothes that will make them look fantastic. 
 The Colour Crusade has two aims:  

• To help customers look and feel brilliant in their clothes 
• To promote sustainable fashion practices by encouraging people to only buy clothes that they will repeatedly wear.  

The Role 
Colour Elements are looking for an enthusiastic and creative intern to join their team. The responsibilities of the successful Colour Crusade Communications Intern will include: 
•  Preparing innovative and relevant social media posts one week in advance and plotting a schedule for posting at relevant times. •  Building excellent customer relations by responding quickly to customer actions such as social media shares and comments  
•  Asking permission to take photos of people on the street who are wearing colour well and sharing information regarding Colour Elements. •  Instigating and running social media competitions that will engage with the targeted demographic group, increase customer relations and promote brand awareness. 
•  Participating in the preparation and promotion of Colour Elements events such as bloggers’ events and retail events.  
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of Fashion Communication, PR, Marketing or related field. 
We are looking for a keen and creative individual, self-motivated and well organised. You should be Social Media and technology savvy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being able to take initiative and prioritise is also important.
