Findhorn International Centre for Sustainability is an ecovillage, learning centre and spiritual community focusing on sustainable human settlements.
Location: Findhorn, Moray with the possibility of some remote working
£7.85 per hour
Part-time, 20 hours per week for 12 weeks
Autumn 2015 start
Within this role your main task will be to research, write, and recommend an appropriate marketing strategy for Findhorn International Centre for Sustainability (FICS) and present your findings.
Within this role you will also be required to:
• Develop and implement the FICS web presence
• Research appropriate customer relationship management (CRM) systems for FICS and present your findings
• Implement the chosen CRM system as required.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about and benefit from one of the oldest and most well-established ecovillages in the world with a 52 year history of running spiritual and personal development workshops, in addition to sustainability education.
This role would ideally suit a student or graduate with a background in marketing, information management and/or business. You must be interested in understanding the mechanics of pulling together targeted email marketing segments and learning how a CRM works in practice and the challenges involved and the impact on business revenue and marketing.
You will be a confident communicator, comfortable with presenting your finding to your team. You will have strong IT skills and a good attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
