E-commerce Analyst Intern with Anderson Kilts

As specialists in Scottish Highland dress, the Anderson family business, started in 1854 is now in its sixth generation.  

Location: Dumfries (home-working with regular meetings in Dumfries possible)

£7.85 per hour, 20 hours per week for 12 weeks

Andersons Kilts have the largest hire stock in South Scotland and a wide range of kilts, jackets and accessories to buy online and at their store in the heart of Dumfries. All of their kilts are handmade using 8 yards of wool from the top Scottish weavers. 


Anderson Kilts are now looking to hire a graduate intern to help promote their business. Working as an E-commerce Analyst, your main tasks will include:

• Promoting the brand’s online sales through website, social media and SEO.
• Gathering data on sales, ranking and customer reviews
• Tracking and reporting on the company’s web analytics, search engine ranking, advertising campaign results and branding


The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a background in I.T, e-commerce or business. You will be highly organised, technically minded and an excellent communicator. You should be a keen learner who keeps up to date with the latest developments in web analytics and search engine algorithms. Previous experience of e-commerce is required.

You should be a good team player who is comfortable working both as part of a group and on their own. You will be self-motivated, responsible and able to stick to deadlines.
