Environment Co-ordinator Intern with Diageo

£19,000 p/a
Full-time, 35 hours per week for 12 months

The ISC Environment team is now looking to recruit a graduate intern to work on identifying carbon, water, effluent and waste saving opportunities. You will also work on the company’s environmental performance and cost data analysis, liaising with sites and technical support on environment-based issues.


The ideal intern will be educated to degree level with a background in science and/or engineering, graduates with a degree in chemical engineering or an environmental discipline will be highly regarded. You should have a passion for the environment and be able to understand, develop and improve company processes.

You will have strong verbal and written communications skills and be confident dealing with a wide range of individuals including top-level management. You will be proficient in process and report writing and be able to communicate ideas succinctly. You will be a strong team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external, while also able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must be flexible to change and open to constructive feedback. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are required.

You must have a full driving license and access to car for business travel.
