About the Company

Ignition Financial is a finance and accounting firm for Start-Ups and Scale-Ups. Their mission is to help their clients Survive, Thrive, Scale-up and Exit, collaborating as their clients’ venture Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

To do this, the team at Ignition Financial needs to think and act differently. They are unique from traditional accountancy firms, (including the Big 4) because they are CFOs with experience growing and exiting businesses. Their sister firm (Ignition Law) is a fully-regulated law firm and together they help clients get ready for investment and connect them with appropriate funders.

Ignition Financial's 3 most important core values are excellence, integrity, and hunger (to do things better and differently to their competitors).
More information about the company's vision and values can be found on their website.
