£7.85 per hour. Part-time, 20 hours per week for 12 weeks

Joining the team at BE United as their Fundraising Officer you will work on the following tasks:
• Researching and applying for funding
• Organising fund raising events and activities
This role could be suitable for candidates from a range of different academic backgrounds. The most important thing is that you must have a ‘get-up and go’ attitude, along with the ability to take on a project, own it and run with it. You will be an outgoing people-person with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Creative and enthusiastic, you will be passionate, driven and determined in all you do. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration. You should be detail orientated, highly organised and able to manage your own time effectively to meet deadlines, as this role will involve completing funding application forms. Previous experience with completing funding applications and organising fundraising events, is desirable, however this is not essential.
