Our growth team is responsible for driving Money Dashboard’s adoption with our target audience, ensuring we’re the de facto choice money app and accelerating our journey to 1 million users.

About this role:

To coincide with an exciting new product launch, you will work within our user acquisition and activation team to help drive rapid adoption of our new app.

This role is all about growth and you will use your writing, marketing and data analysis skills to launch innovative campaigns that delight users. You will find creative ways to move the needle, run experiments and validate assumptions about what works best with the goal of accelerating growth.

This is a temporary position (3 months initial) but may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right person. We welcome applications from those currently on furlough.

The following are examples of the types of work you may be involved with:

●  Writing compelling copy for key touch points in the user journey
●  Mapping out and implementing user messaging journeys by email and push notification
●  Identifying messaging opportunities to increase activation and retention rate of new users
●  Supporting the product marketing efforts of the new app launch including newsletters and landing pages
●  Reporting and analysis of key metrics to optimise user journeys

 

Requirements

Here’s what our ideal Growth Executive looks like:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven person with strong writing and marketing skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding and use of the G Suite is a must. The ideal candidate will be adept at analysing data to help our team make the right decisions and optimise the products and messages we put in front of our users.

The following are some of the qualities that will set you apart from others:

●  Proven outstanding writing and editing skills. Experience optimising messaging for growth is a plus.
●  Understanding of user behaviour and ability to write compelling copy
●  Basic graphic design and/or understanding of HTML (desirable)
●  Natural self starter who sees things through
●  Outstanding interpersonal skills
●  Advanced computer skills and strong familiarity with the web
●  Detail-oriented and organized
●  Understanding of marketing concepts and principles
●  Quick learner who listens and asks good questions
●  Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
●  Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations, and take (or give) constructive feedback
