The Role
Gearing for Growth is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to apply their organisational skills in a multi-dimensional role. Here, you would join a growing, friendly, creative and supportive team.
The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
- Planning programme dates for the company’s Leadership and Development Programmes
- Setting up any new cohort. This will include sending Welcome Letters, setting up Typeform questionnaires, sending calendar invites, booking any training space required, setting up Zoom links, communicating with session leaders, preparing any feedback reports, researching and sharing support materials and articles with cohort members
- Updating the customer database
- Responding to any email enquiries
- Diary and calendar management
- Updating the company website
- Supporting the business with general administrative and operational support

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, have a strong work ethic, and have excellent attention to detail. Gearing for Growth is looking for a confident and friendly communicator, capable of delivering accurate written and verbal messaging.
This role is home-based, so you will need to have the ability to motivate yourself to accomplish tasks in a timely fashion.

Administration skills and confidence using Microsoft 365 would be beneficial to your application but aren’t essential.
