We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Resourcer. In this role, you’d support our recruitment operations in ensuring each of our roles is filled by the best possible candidate whilst being viewed by a wide and diverse audience.

The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:

  • Understand what kind of candidates our clients are seeking and then advertise the position widely across our networks with team support

  • Engage, support and build relationships with candidates

  • Use specific search techniques and technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to locate possible candidates (training provided as needed)

  • Monitor applications and ensure these are processed efficiently

  • Shortlist applicants’ CVs and Cover Letters

  • Carry out initial interviews with candidates through telephone screening

  • Liaise with stakeholders regularly to update on current live roles

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience

  • Respond to queries in a timely manner

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues

  • Handle administrative and other duties considered relevant to the post

AAI operates in a purely home-working environment, supported by a variety of cloud-based systems and collaborative tools. The team is made up of friendly, highly motivated individuals, who regularly communicate in an open manner and are dedicated to delivering AAI’s overall values and mission. A team culture characterised by positivity, support and understanding is extremely important to us.

The role holds tremendous potential for professional development as the right candidate would find themselves as a key team member within the business. This represents a unique opportunity for a driven individual to apply their creativity and energy; we want to hear your suggestions!

Our aim is to ensure all of our employee’s needs are met so you have everything you need to be able to flourish. We will discuss potential further training in order to support your future career objectives and our business requirements, ensuring you can reach your full potential.

The successful candidate will have experience in a client-facing role in recruitment. Any qualification background can apply as long as you have the experience and skills to do the job, including if you are returning to work after a break.

With AAI’s clients spanning a wide range of sectors, no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, thrive on building relationships, be highly organised and have a strong work ethic.

The requirements for any applicants are listed below:

  • Previous experience resourcing for roles

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills at all levels

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Self starter with the ability to work under your own initiative and prioritise your workload

  • Driven to complete and deliver on assigned tasks and projects

  • IT literate and comfortable working with different technologies, including using CRMs

  • Desire to be an ambassador for AAI

This role is home-based, so you will need to have the ability to motivate yourself to accomplish tasks in a timely fashion.

You must be happy to work from home on your own, as well as with other members of the team via online and some face-to-face meetings. You will need access to your own mobile phone. Aside from this, we are willing to supply any equipment you require to make your working environment as comfortable as possible.

Some flexibility around working hours would be advantageous, as occasional shifts in working patterns may be helpful to AAI, its clients and you.

Above all else, candidates should have a firm belief in the vision and values of AAI EmployAbility.
