The Role 

Alexander Project Management are looking to hire a Project Assistant to assist with various managerial tasks relating to their current projects. 1380.png

In this role you will: 

•Work on accurate and appropriate programming of projects 
•Monitor and report on progress for select projects  
•Deal with contractor queries as they come in 
•Liaise with design teams on projects 
•Monitor Construction Design and Management regulations 
•Providing general support on general tasks that need completing 


This role is ideal for an applicant with a general construction qualification looking to gain experience in the industry by working in a highly successful company. 
The following skills are desirable, though not essential: 

•Some knowledge and interest in the construction industry 
•Knowledge of current Construction Design and Management regulations 
•Ability to work in a team and to communicate confidently with different parties is essential 
•Initiative and the ability to work on your own is essential 
•Willingness to take ownership of your work and ensure it is produced to a high standard   

•A working knowledge of standard office software packages, including MS Project 
•A friendly and professional manner in all communication 
•The ability to problem solve
•Health and safety conscious approach to working in construction
