Clark Integrated Technologies (Clark IT) was founded in 1991 and is one of Scotland’s leading independent providers of managed ICT solutions to a broad range of corporate and commercial clients across Scotland and beyond.
Clark IT has a client base in both Aberdeen City and Shire, and a recent development has seen the expansion of the company into the Inverness area.
The team are now looking for a Sales Administration Co-ordinator to add to their team. You will primarily provide administration support to the Account Managers in a number of administrative and financial functions. This duties for this role include:
• design and produce quotations
• develop knowledge in relation to products
• liaise with suppliers regarding pricing
• develop and continue relationship with suppliers
Client agreements –
• Set up new agreements on our systems
• Maintain a comprehensive record of end dates
• Work with Account Managers on renewal schedules
• Obtain quotes from suppliers
• Develop quotations for Account Managers
This is not just an admin role, this is the first rung on the ladder to develop your career in IT! You will be a dynamic graduate, with a background in Business, IT, or Sales.
You will have an excellent level of computer literacy, and be able to demonstrate your high-level organisational and communication skills. You pay great attention to detail, and you’re able to meet strict deadlines. You will be a team-player, and have a desire to progress within a career in IT. Technology experience is desirable, but not essential, as is experience in Client- and Service- focussed environments. Clark IT are looking for someone who is and can be their next rising star!
