About the Company

“We’re on a mission to change the way the world works.

Desana is a fast-growing startup based between London, Edinburgh, and Stockholm.

The multi-trillion office space industry is still fundamentally the same as it was in the 1980s. Technology, human preference, environmental concerns, and recent global events are dramatically changing how people, cities, and organisations work, meaning employers increasingly need to provide greater flexibility for over a billion people.

Our goal is to enable multi-national companies to do just that, and we’re looking for passionate people to join our journey.

Flexibility in Working Hours

• We’re a company built around the idea of flexible working. We don’t just sell the dream, we live it
• As long as you’re hitting your targets & covering your contracted hours we’re easy about when you work - it’s what works best for you

Holidays

• You’ll officially get 28 days in your contract
• Unofficially, we’re pretty relaxed. If you’re doing a great job and not taking the mickey, who’s counting?

Also, take your birthday off, no questions.

Work Remotely

• You’ll get free access to the Desana app to work from wherever’s convenient or best for you
