Job hunting experience – It was tough! Most places wanted a degree and experience. Since I didn’t have much experience I wasn’t getting far in the process.
Roles and responsibilities – My role was to look after the company’s social media platforms as well as carry out marketing campaigns through social and email marketing. I was also in charge of orgainising Alumni event and helping to organise the bi-annual finals.
Where are you now? – My current job is Marketing and Membership Executive for Entrepreneurial Scotland. I love this job and is another amazing step in my career. My internship has boosted my career in ways that I never thought possible. I will be forever grateful to both Adopt An Intern and Scottish EDGE for the amazing opportunity.
