What were your roles and responsibilities in this position?
Everything and anything! Making gin, packing, shipping, selling, attending shows, developing marketing material, and operational aspects of developing and opening a new visitor site! I even ended up in the back of an HGV lorry unloading cardboard during a storm!

How did the position impact your life, professionally and personally?
Got me into working in a completely different industry, and back working after a period of time away.
