We caught up with Nosheen towards the end of her Returnship at Trtl as part of Adopt an Intern’s Back to Work project for minority ethnic women returners.
Nosheen had an interesting and varied career before taking some time off to become a mother, and has used this opportunity with Trtl to boost her skills in the more recent elements of Marketing including digital platforms and the power of influencers for retail marketing.
Back to Work is a Scottish Government-sponsored project with Adopt an Intern and their partners Radiant and Brighter. The project aimed to close the pay gap, promote diversity and to boost the confidence and skill sets of talented women who had taken a planned career break.
