AAI EmployAbility are proud to be working with Smartworks.

Smart Works (Edinburgh) has been supporting women into employment since July 2014.  Their clients come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and age groups.  60% of the women Smartworks support are successful in their interview.

At the core of their service is a two-hour appointment, during which time each woman receives a complete outfit of high quality interview appropriate clothes and accessories (all completely free and hers to keep).  She also receives a dedicated one to one interview training.  This short intervention has asignificant impact as Smartwork clients look great, feel confident and start believing in their own ability to succeed.

Smartwork’s stock is donated by working women or by our retail partners such as Hobbs, Whistles, Next, Evans and Bobbi Brown.

To be eligible for the Smart Works service all they require is that the woman attending has a job interview. Find out more here.
