AAI EmployAbility to transfer legacy to Changing the Chemistry

AAI EmployAbility (AAI) and Changing the Chemistry (CtC) are pleased to announce an agreement that will see AAI’s pioneering work and assets become part of CtC’s mission as a charity to champion diversity of thought on boards. This partnership ensures that AAI’s work as an award-winning social enterprise in inclusive recruitment and inclusion training will continue to benefit organisations and individuals alike.

The agreement follows a decision by AAI Founder, Joy Lewis, and the AAI board to seek an organisation whose values aligned with AAI’s and who could benefit from its assets. Their aim was to ensure Joy could fulfil her desire to retire knowing that AAI’s legacy would be preserved and built upon.

AAI’s valuable resources, comprising knowledge, training materials, a wide-reaching network and client contacts, will complement CtC’s existing programmes designed to support individuals pursuing board positions and organisations working to improve board diversity. These resources will also diversify CtC ‘s offerings to organisations by supporting them with their inclusive working and recruitment practices.
